As air travel continues to leap forward with near record flyer numbers in many regions of the world, American Airlines and Wizz Air have recently announced more routes to satisfy their growing customer numbers taking back to the air.
American Announces Two New Routes from MIA to Dominica and Anguilla in the Caribbean
Starting December 8th American Airlines will start service from Miami International (MIA) to Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM) in Dominica with 2 weekly flights...Wednesday and Sundays.
AA will also start service between MIA and Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport (AXA) in Anguilla starting December 11th.
“We have been strategically growing our route network to give customers more choices to new destinations, better meeting the demand for travel to Miami, the Caribbean and Latin America,” said Juan Carlos Liscano, American’s vice president of MIA hub operations, in a statement.
American also launched new service from Miami to San Andres Island in Colombia and Chetumal, Mexico.
Wizz Air Announces 4 New Routes from Milan, Rome and Bologna
The routes are:
- Milan Malpensa to Marrakesh: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
- Milan Malpensa to Gran Canaria: Thursday, Sunday
- Rome Fiumicino - Gran Canaria: Thursday, Sunday
- Bologna - Casablanca: Wednesday, Sunday
