Norwegian low-cost carrier Norse Atlantic Airways has agreed to lease 6 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners from BOC Aviation, one of the leaders in commercial aircraft leasing.
The lease term is 16 years per aircraft and the Norse Atlantic expects to take delivery of the aircraft in December of 2021.
This agreement increases the Company’s fleet to a total of fifteen 15 Boeing 787s. With this transaction, Norse continues to execute on its strategy of making transatlantic travel affordable to everyone by utilizing a uniform fleet of modern, fuel-efficient and more environmentally friendly aircraft and through competitive and flexible lease structures.
