Dollar Rent a Car at Tucson Airport...Anyone Use Them?

Hi,

I am flying to Tucson after the holidays. I have a voucher for 30% off for Dollar Rent a Car (I have never used them).

Questions:

1. has anyone used Dollar? Are they any good? (I usually use Enterprise or Alamo).

2. Are vouchers like this even legitimate? I have never received one before.
