Marriott Opens its First Ever Resort in Dubai at Palm Island

Marriott Hotels has announced its first ever hotel opening in the United Arab Emirates with the launch of Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

Tucked away along the pristine golden West Beach of an idyllic island, the beachside haven is a paradise for those seeking an escape from their everyday lives. Spread over an expansive 75,000 square feet of white sand seafront, it offers a variety of activities and amenities that are sure to please any traveler.

The 608 contemporary guestrooms and suites of the resort boast breathtaking ocean views from floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the peaceful ambience of the beach scenery. Every room is equipped with every comfort imaginable, ensuring a truly luxurious stay.

A pillow menu offers a selection of pillows to suit every preference, and mood lighting allows you to set the perfect ambiance for your stay. Additionally, guests can relax in spacious bathtubs with large windows overlooking the beachfront.

Popular beach restaurant Señor Pico stays true to its San Francisco roots serving up fuss-free American-Mexican comfort food and craft drinks.

An oasis of calm, the Lobby Lounge – situated in the Greatroom – invites guests to settle down to work or switch off and relax. Guests can enjoy the resort’s signature tea and coffee experience, exquisite cakes, fresh-from-the-oven pastries, and mouth-watering desserts including chocolate ravioli.

Expected to open in 2023, the resort’s flagship restaurant Smoki Moto Dubai will be the first high-end Korean steakhouse in the city.

The resort’s tenth venue is expected to be unveiled in the new year and will bring a high-end, multi-award-winning restaurant to the city.
