Emirates will reestablish Airbus A380 service to Perth, from Dubai as demand continues to grow in to Australia.
The A380 will take the place of the existing daily Boeing 777- 300ER operation between Dubai and Perth. Emirates has been operating the route to Perth for 20 years and with it flown over 6 million passengers.
Emirates has seen a significant increase in passenger bookings to and from Australia across all cabins, particularly following the launch of its Premium Economy cabin on 1 August. The new cabin offers passengers enhanced comfort and value for money, with a range of benefits including more legroom and a larger seat.
The European summer has been a busy time for Emirates, with Australians travelling to many European cities. The UK is the top destination, followed by Italy, France, Greece and Ireland. Spain, Lebanon, Germany, The Netherlands and Turkey are also popular destinations.
