Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. is set to showcase its latest and most advanced business jets at the Catarina Aviation Show. This marks the debut of the Gulfstream G700, which recently entered service and is now the flagship of Gulfstream’s fleet. The event will take place from June 13-15 at São Paulo Catarina International Executive Airport in Brazil.

Joining the G700 at the show will be the Gulfstream G600 and the super-midsize Gulfstream G280, both of which have also made significant impacts in their respective categories. Scott Neal, senior vice president of Worldwide Sales at Gulfstream, emphasized the company’s commitment to the Latin American market, stating, “Gulfstream continues to support and invest in the growing Latin America market.” He added, “Since entering service, the G700 has continued to demonstrate its unparalleled performance, and we are excited to showcase its extensive capabilities, alongside the G600 and G280, to operators in the region.”

The G700 boasts the most spacious cabin in business aviation and features better-than-expected performance metrics, including a maximum range of 7,750 nautical miles at Mach 0.85, and a top operating speed of Mach 0.935. This makes the G700 the fastest aircraft in Gulfstream’s lineup, capable of connecting São Paulo to Seattle at Mach 0.90.

The G600 offers an award-winning interior and merges top fuel efficiency with superior performance capabilities. It can fly 6,600 nautical miles at Mach 0.85 or 5,600 nautical miles at Mach 0.90. Notably, it was recently certified for steep-approach operations by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which allows it access to some of the world’s most challenging airports, such as London to São Paulo at Mach 0.90.

Meanwhile, the G280 is not only steep-approach certified but has also seen recent enhancements to increase comfort and safety. These improvements include a lower cabin altitude and new exterior LED lights. It offers a long-range capability of 3,600 nautical miles at Mach 0.80 and can connect São Paulo to Bogotá, Colombia, at Mach 0.84.

All three aircraft feature the Gulfstream Cabin Experience, which provides 100% fresh air, whisper-quiet sound levels, ample natural light, and a low cabin altitude for enhanced passenger comfort. The G700 and G600 are equipped with the Gulfstream Symmetry Flight Deck, featuring the industry’s first active control sidesticks, dual head-up display, a Data Concentration Network, and extensive use of touch-screen technology in business aviation.

Visitors and enthusiasts will have the opportunity to explore the G700, G600, and G280 up close and engage with Gulfstream representatives at booth I29 in hangar 03 at the Catarina Aviation Show.
