What You Can Expect with SkyGoFly Air & Travel Concierge…
- We get on the phone with you and build the travel itinerary you need: Flights, hotel, holiday perks…the whole shebang. Think of this as your travel strategy session with us so you get the most out of your trip with the MOST peace of mind.
- If we can get the information, we will check to see if your plane is on the ground at your airport the night before and update you. A plane on the ground beforehand usually means a flight will be on time (except for weather issues, of course). I don’t need to tell you in this day and age how useful that is!
- On the day/morning of your travel we will contact you via our agreed upon method of communication (typically via text but we will discuss) and will update you if your flight is on time or delayed. You’ll also be updated on your local traffic as well to make sure you have enough time to get to the airport. If delayed (or traffic is horrendous), wouldn’t it be nice to know that you have extra time to leave the house? Now you will.
- Flight Connections and Gates: If you have any connections, you’ll have text(s) from us waiting for you when you land to update you on your flight connection(s) and your gates. If your connection is delayed, relax at the airport bar a while longer. If your gate changes (um, like all the time!) we will update you on that as well.
- Hotels: We will check your hotel before you arrive to make sure there’s no issues. NOTE: This is not always possible as hotels oftentimes will refuse to give out any info to a 3rd party. But we will certainly make the effort if we plan it for your trip.
- Urgent Assistance: Flight get cancelled or you missed a connection? We will work on your behalf to make it right if you have a missed connection, cancelled flight, hotel issue, etc… This is normally an extra upcharge for entry-level concierge services. We include this in our special ’email subscribers’ promotion.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not guarantee to ‘fix’ a cancelled flight, connection or hotel stay snafu, etc… While we will use all of our available expertise to rectify your problem, no one can 100% guarantee to absolutely solve a travel-related issue. No one can except the owners of airlines and hotels. Please know this in advance before you book with us.
