Delta Airlines is expanding its flight services to Houston in response to the upcoming college football championship game at NRG Stadium on January 8. This move follows a victory by the Michigan team.
The airline is introducing a new route from Detroit (DTW) to Houston’s William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). This addition aims to provide Michigan Wolverines fans with more travel options. Furthermore, Delta is enhancing its existing service to Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) to accommodate the increased demand.
In support of the Huskies fans, Delta is also launching a new route from Seattle (SEA) to Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
Expanding In-Flight Services: Over 620 Delta Aircraft Now Wi-Fi Equipped
Delta emphasizes its commitment to providing an uninterrupted game-viewing experience for its passengers. The airline’s fleet, equipped with live satellite TV, allows customers to watch the games live while flying over the Continental U.S.
Additionally, Delta is focusing on enhancing in-flight connectivity. By joining SkyMiles, customers gain access to Delta Sync Wi-Fi, which is currently available on over 620 domestic mainline aircraft. This service enables passengers to use their subscription services and stream the game seamlessly.
