The strategic hires come amid increasing demand for its innovative counter-UAS (C-UAS) solutions tailored for military, homeland security, law enforcement, and airport sectors.
The company has welcomed Gordon Kesting as the new Vice President, U.S. Sales and Business Development, alongside Glenn McArthur who will serve as Business Development Manager. These appointments aim to fortify D-Fend Solutions’ growing market presence across various sectors through enhanced U.S. operations, sales, partnerships, and implementations.

Gordon Kesting joins D-Fend Solutions with a robust background in defense, having previously held significant roles at companies like Hughes Aircraft Company/Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, and DRS Technologies. In his last role at Elbit Systems of America, Kesting was instrumental in penetrating the homeland security and international foreign military markets.
Glenn McArthur brings to the team a wealth of experience from a 25-year tenure with the U.S. Border Patrol, where he last focused on C-UAS intelligence and operations within the agency. His role at D-Fend Solutions will concentrate on driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships in homeland security and public safety sectors.
