Sun Country Airlines Expands Network with New Nonstop Service from Minneapolis to Cleveland

Sun Country Airlines has announced the launch of a new nonstop service connecting Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). This service is set to begin on May 17, 2024, and will operate four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays until Labor Day weekend.

We have been wanting to serve Cleveland for some time, and our schedule for Cleveland will operate when our customers want to travel. In addition, our new customers from Cleveland will experience great customer service and affordability that differentiates us from other leisure airlines.”

Sun Country provides yet another affordable option for Northeast Ohio residents and visitors by offering nonstop service between CLE and the Twin Cities and connections to the West Coast from its home base in Minneapolis/St. Paul.”

With this new route, Cleveland becomes the 99th airport to be served non-stop by Sun Country Airlines from MSP. The airline is known for its well-timed schedules, catering to customers traveling to various destinations including Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

Sun Country Airlines operates a total of 120 routes across 104 airports throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America, Canada, and the Caribbean. The airline focuses on providing safe, reliable, and hassle-free flights at affordable prices. Onboard features include state-of-the-art seating with full-size tray tables, comfortable recline, and in-seat power in most seats. In-flight entertainment is offered free of charge to passengers’ devices, along with complimentary beverages such as water, coffee, tea, juices, and soda. A selection of additional beverage options and snacks, featuring products from Minnesota and Midwest-based companies, are also available for purchase.
